We build beds we're proud to stand behind. Every Huerta bed is covered by a 5-year structural warranty, and engineered for a 20+ year lifespan of everyday garden use.
What's covered
Full structural coverage
- Structural failure of any steel panel under normal residential garden use
- Panels that bow, buckle, or split when properly assembled and filled with soil
- Coating that flakes, peels, or delaminates in sheets under normal use
- Manufacturing defects in stainless bolts or bracing hardware
- Rolled safety edge or trim that fails during normal use
What's not covered
Normal wear & misuse
- Cosmetic patina, natural fading, or minor surface discoloration over time
- Scratches, dents, or damage from tools, equipment, or dropped objects
- Damage from modifications, cutting, welding, or drilling into panels
- Damage from improper assembly (missing bolts, forced fit, uneven ground)
- Damage from freezing water expansion inside sealed panel cavities
- Acts of nature (flooding, hurricanes, falling trees) or accidents
How to make a claim
Claims are handled directly by a real person on our team — no third parties, no forms in triplicate. Here's the process:

- 2. Include the essentialsYour order number, a short description of the issue, and 2–3 clear photos of the affected panel.
- 3. We take care of itWe'll reply within one business day. Covered claims are resolved with a free replacement panel or full replacement bed, shipped to you at no cost.

Why we expect 20+ years of service
Our beds use commercial-grade coated steel that's been in the field on agricultural buildings for decades with only surface patina to show for it. The 5-year warranty is our guarantee. The 20+ year lifespan is what the steel actually does.
