Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.
Product information
We work to display product colors, dimensions, and specifications accurately. Because of variations in screens and photography, minor differences in color and finish are normal and are not a defect.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier.
Returns and warranty
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and structural coverage by our Warranty.
Intellectual property
The Site, our logo, product photography, and all content are owned by Huerta Steel Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
Assumption of risk
Our beds are heavy when filled and involve edges and hardware. Follow the included assembly instructions and use appropriate care during installation and gardening.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
