We ship every Huerta bed direct from our workshop across Canada. Here's exactly what to expect.
Rates
- Free shipping on Canadian orders over $400 CAD (subtotal).
- Flat $39.95 CAD Canada Post shipping on orders under $400.
- Bulk and wholesale orders are quoted separately.
Regions we serve
We ship Canada-wide via Canada Post to every province and territory. International orders are not available yet.
Handling and dispatch
Orders leave our workshop within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your bed ships.
Delivery time
Most Canada Post deliveries arrive within 5–8 business days of dispatch, depending on your province. Larger beds may ship by freight and can take a little longer.
Packaging
Every bed ships flat in a single compact carton — panels are stacked and protected with recyclable packaging. Most beds weigh less than 25 kg and can be carried by one person.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your carton arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and email info@huertagarden.com within 7 days. We'll take care of the replacement.
Address changes
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change your shipping address. Once a bed has been picked up by Canada Post, we cannot reroute it.
